As a member of the Papa Murphy's team, your responsibilities will include preparing and baking pizzas according to our established recipes and procedures. You will also be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction with their food and overall experience. Other duties may include cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, as well as handling cash and credit card transactions.
To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment. You should also be able to work well in a team environment, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Experience in food preparation, customer service, or cashiering is preferred, but not required. We will provide on-the-job training to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.
In addition to basic cooking and customer service skills, successful candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure. You should also have good time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.
